黄劲松，副教授，1991年于武汉测绘科技大学获工程测量专业学士学位，1994年于武汉测绘科技大学获大地测量学专业工学硕士学位。多年从事高精度GPS 定位研究，主要参加的项目有“深圳高精度高分辨率似大地水准面GPS A、B 级网的建立”（技术负责），“高坝洲大坝GPS 外观变形监测系统技术服务”（项目负责人）、“小湾电站2#山梁堆积体边坡GPS 实时监测的数据处理”（项目负责人）等。主持自行开发出了一套GPS 高精度变形监测数据处理软件，并应用于多项工程项目。目前正在从事精密卫星导航定位以及基于伪卫星的精密定位研究。

本人作为项目负责人，主要承担项目的总体协调及理论模型和算法的研究。

3.1 相关项目成果

(1) 主持完成了“高坝洲大坝外观变形GPS 监测系统建设技术服务”项目（项目

来源：湖北普赛公司）。自行开发研制出用于该系统的高精度定位软件，该软件

也可用于通用的高精度数据处理分析。

(2) 主持完成了“小湾电站2#山梁堆积体边坡GPS 实时监测的数据处理”项目

（项目来源：昆明岩土工程公司）。

(3) 主持“GPS 接收机天线增益方向图的测定及应用研究”项目（项目来源：测

绘遥感信息工程国家重点实验室）。

(4) 作为主要成员参加完成了“基于伪卫星的高精度实时动态定位关键技术研

究”项目（项目来源：863计划）。
